Developed by VLASER, the intelligent Kiosk system is widely deployed across various key sectors, including hospitals, public administration agencies, police departments, banks, and airports.

The system is designed to facilitate the provision of public administrative services for government departments, administrative bodies, and enterprises in receiving and serving citizens. This significantly reduces processing time for both citizens and officials, aligning with the national digital transformation goals under Decision No. 06/QD-TTg (Project 06/CP).

Recently, we have deployed and operated the VLASER AI Full-Process Kiosk system alongside the VLASER AI Chatbot assistant in numerous provinces and major cities, including Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Bac Ninh, Quang Ngai, Lao Cai, Dak Lak, and Quang Ninh.

  • Key Achievement Case: The People's Committee of Nghia Tru Commune (Hung Yen Province) achieved remarkable results in public notary services, contract authentication, and land document processing—reducing application processing time by over 90% compared to traditional manual methods.
