On the morning of July 1, 2026, a representative of GTISD attended the working session between the Standing Committee of the National Assembly’s Economic and Financial Committee and the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (VINASME) at the National Assembly House.
The meeting focused on key strategic directions to strengthen support for Vietnam’s small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) community in the new development phase. It also reaffirmed the increasingly important role of innovation, sustainable development, green technologies, green transformation, and the circular economy in business development. These are recognized as essential foundations for enhancing business competitiveness, adapting to emerging trends, and creating long-term sustainable value.
The meeting was attended by:
• Mr. Phan Van Mai – Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee.
• Ms. Nguyen Thi Phu Ha – Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee.
• Mr. Le Tan Can – Deputy Minister of Finance.
• Mr. Nguyen Van Than – President of the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (VINASME).
Along with representatives from ministries, government agencies, business associations, and industry experts.
