On June 23, 2026, at the seminar “Policy Consultation and Solutions to Support Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Household Businesses; Recommendations for Improving Policies in the New Development Phase,” jointly organized by the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (VINASME) and the International Labour Organization (ILO), GTISD Hub attended the event alongside representatives from government agencies, international organizations, business associations, and the business community. GTISD and VISDA identified several key topics that need particular attention in the policy development process:
1. Positioning digital transformation and innovation as core pillars of enterprise support policies;
2. Supporting businesses to participate more deeply in global supply chains;
3. Promoting sustainable business practices, ESG implementation, and green growth;
4. Simplifying administrative procedures and improving access to support mechanisms;
5. Strengthening the role of business associations, innovation hubs, and intermediary organizations within the enterprise ecosystem.
As organizations actively engaged in innovation, green transformation, and sustainable development, GTISD Hub highly appreciate the efforts of policymakers, business associations, and international organizations in fostering policy dialogue and creating a more supportive environment for Vietnamese enterprises.
